Hi and welcome to the Margaret Drinkall website. This website gives readers the chance to learn more about one of South Yorkshire's up-and-coming history writers. She has written numerous books on the local history of South Yorkshire, from gruesome murders to local workhouses, and is still writing. Additionally, Margaret wishes this website to be an inspirational one for all potential authors as it gives an insight into the process of being published, as she took the brave decision in 2008 to give up her job, to concentrate on writing history. This website will cast some light for the budding writers out there, on some of the day to day decisions and events an emerging writer may have to experience. Also of course, is all the information on her published works a visitor needs to know exactly what each of her exciting books is about. Margaret will update the blog (home) page on a regular basis and keep you informed of the process for her many books, currently in the works.
