Julie Hanks – Is an Archives and Local Studies Professional based in South Yorkshire, Julie holds both an honours degree and a research based MA from the University of Sheffield. As well as carrying out local history and genealogy research Julie is an experienced community based planning, social and economic researcher.
In addition to Julie the family team includes members who have a research based MA at University of Sheffield, two members with Degrees in History from Sheffield Hallam University and a Business and Finance degree from University of Sheffield.
We have experience of local and family history research, writing local history booklets, delivering talks to local history groups, and teaching undergraduates at Universities in South Yorkshire
We offer a range of competitively priced packaged research packages, or will carry out specific research commissions at our hourly rate.
Our latest venture includes turning your family history research into a 30 to 60 minute DVD, we will work with you on storyboarding shooting and editing your own personal DVD, prices range from £200 to £600 for the DVD service.
