  1. Another great and fascinating read from, a popular gifted writer and historian. I love all her books, and it’s clear a lot of research and effort has produced, many intriguing insights and stories, from a different age, that may have been lost otherwise. Margaret, really brings these crimes to life, making great reading about local past criminal events, that will keep the reader engrossed and fascinated. The author, one of the best crime writers in the country, if not the world. All her books are. Highly recommended
